The challenge of improving academic outcomes for special education students requires us to move beyond traditional teaching methods. Implementing adaptive learning platforms across our district will provide the personalized, data-driven instruction these students deserve. This influencer strategy aims to bring adaptive learning platforms into our district to provide personalized, data-driven instruction tailored to each student’s unique needs. Through the Six Sources of Influence framework, we can build the supportive environment needed for this transformation. This strategy is more than an instructional change—it’s a commitment to equity, helping every student achieve their fullest potential, especially those who face greater learning barriers.

Integrating adaptive learning technology is essential to support special education students' academic success. Through this influencer strategy—focused on emotional engagement, practical support, and strong organizational commitment—we’re building a foundation for lasting change. This approach can bridge learning gaps, boost student confidence, and help students meet academic standards once thought out of reach. Ultimately, we aim to foster an environment where adaptive learning becomes a vital tool for delivering truly personalized education, ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.
